All of our pieces are custom made to order, which means we’re unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing preference, or color choice.
That said — we stand firmly behind our craftsmanship.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

If we made an error with your order, don’t worry — we’ll fix it.
Accuracy matters to us, and we take responsibility when something isn’t right. -
Because custom designs are created specifically for you, custom or personalized pieces are final sale once production has begun.

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once fabrication or finishing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
